Kristofer/Fredrik

Do you have plans for a record contract?

There aren’t any known bands from here and don’t think anyone is thinking of a record contract. One has to be realistic. We probably couldn’t make a lot of money of our music. But people who like this kind of music find us.

What about your homepage, who’s working on it?

Kristofer has been working as a trainee at a web-company, he’s the one doing the web stuff.

Some of the songs on your demo tape has strange names as "Baking Soda". Why’s that?

We have working names for all the songs. Just nonsense names. This time we decided to keep the working name, just because it sounded so weird. Baking soda!? You can’t do that.

Another thing we noticed was the lyrics at your homepage. One of the songs only have a few lines of lyrics, though there’s actually more than that.

That was Fredrik’s idea, Kristofer says and Fredrik continues: Was a record at which the artist didn’t feel as writing the whole lyrics. She just picked out a few lines characterizing the whole track. Though that was cool.

Where can one hear you live?

We play a lot at Porslinan ( in Karlskrona ). One can’t play at clubs or pubs here in Karlskrona.
There is a pub in Ronneby, Kulturen ( Eng. the Culture ), where they used to bring in local bands. Ronneby was better two years ago. Both Refused and Ashram have played there, but it’s hard to raise the money.
It would be easier in a university-city. There are places which only bring in unsigned bands. Last time we played live was at a party. Everyone was so drunk they didn’t even care.
Last when we played at Porslinan many from the audience approached afterwards to talk. Thought we had a new sound.
