Penelope Talbert

Penelope Talbert is a poet from Pennsylvania whose work has most recently appeared in/is upcomming in Reader's Quarterly, Iodine, Austin Daze, Poetry Motel, Hick & The Black Man Anthology Magazine, Blank Page, Uknown Writer, Nuvein Magazine, Dreamboat (Round the Bend Publishing) and many other literary journals. She was the featured poet in the June 2001 issue of Newsletter Inago. She is also the founder of Circle Publications; editor of The circle Magazine, a quarterly print and electronic journal; a member of the Executive Board of BerkBards, a nonprofit poetry organization based in Berks County, PA and manager of the spoken word poetry band Left Sock Theory.
